Chavez's gift, orinoco mining arc the largest ecocide in the world that finances the Colombian narco-guerrillas (FARC AND ELN)

In this video you can see the destruction of the forests of the Bolivar and Amazonas States. The Orinoco Mining Arc covers an area of 111,843.70 km², that is, 12.2% of the Venezuelan territory; doubling the Orinoco oil belt. These jungles will become desert due to the destruction that this tyranny causes not only on its population but also on its jungle territory in these two states. All the forests that give a channel to the Orinoco River are going to be destroyed and the Orinoco River will be a Guaire River. An ecocide of higher proportion than that of Bolsonaro in the Amazon. Destroy jungles for gold nuggets.

In the area - mostly virgin, since they are the territory of the largest national parks and protected areas in the country - prison gang leaders, criminal organizations with more than 50 members, gangs connected to the network of unions (unions) operate, paramilitary groups (collectives) and members of the Colombian guerrilla.

Both the FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) and the ELN (National Liberation Army) dissidents for decades have found a safe haven in Venezuela. However, with the implementation of the Orinoco Mining Arc they have included illegal mining as an activity to finance themselves and strengthen their power.

How do they operate? Unions and collectives are the ones that control most of the illegal mines. Each mine is a world that requires food and fuel, mainly. All of this merchandise moves through contraband that must pass through highways and checkpoints.

For example, guerrilla groups control several transport corridors and manage some supply chains, charging unions and collectives for the use of roads and mining equipment. Between 50% and 60% of the income of both the FARC and the ELN comes from illegal mining in Venezuela.
