Venezuela Case

El Expresidente y escritor Rómulo Gallegos en una conferencia titulada la Libertad y la Cultura publicada por la Facultad de Humanidades y Educación de la UCV en el número 10 de la serie Memorias de América, en el penúltimo parrafo expresaba

"...si los régimenes dictatoriales implantados en nuestra América se entienden mutuamente a sus anchas y se prestan servicios recíprocos de represión, del mismo modo, -en modos superiores, desde luego-, deben prestarse mutuos auxilios las fuerzas democráticas que en nuestro Continente corren una misma suerte, y son los hombres de pensamiento liberal, democrático, quienes deben orientarlas y conducirlas hacia el entendimiento unánime, valor de la fuerza solidaria."

Former President and writer Rómulo Gallegos in a conference entitled Freedom and Culture published by the Faculty of Humanities and Education of the UCV in number 10 of the series Memories of America, in the penultimate paragraph expressed

"...if the dictatorial regimes implanted in our America understand each other at their ease and reciprocal services of repression are provided, in the same way, in superior ways, of course, mutual aid should be given to the democratic forces that in our Continent are suffering the same fate. , and they are the men of liberal, democratic thought, who must orient and lead them towards unanimous understanding, value of solidarity strength"

Debemos adaptarlo al mundo globalizado actual
